ST. VALENTINE'S DAY SONGS

OUR PEACE DAY WALL DISPLAY

To celebrate the School Day of Non-Violence and Peace, students from 4 and 5 years old made this wall display, to show everyone how much we care about peace and all that it involves: tolerance, respect, love, friendship, joy... We want to spread our peace wishes to all the world, saying a Peace Poem, and doing our best every single day, putting our white hands up for the peace, as we do in 3 years old, making beautiful Peace Doves.

STORY TIME: "BROWN BEAR, BROWN BEAR, WHAT DO YOU SEE?" by Eric Carle

This wonderful story written by Eric Carle, shows us the different colors and animals. We read it and enjoy it very much in the classroom, and we acted out the different animals and we talked about its beautiful colors.

Here the video about the story and the song based on this book.

AUTUMN LEAVES ARE FALLING DOWN

Autumn leaves are falling,
Falling to the ground.
Autumn leaves are falling:
Yellow, red, and brown.

THE SEASONS

With this song we learned a little more about the seasons: winter, spring, summer and autumn. We recognized some words we learned in class like seeds, cold, hot... And then we talked about which one was our favorite season and why. Here is the video.

WHAT'S THE WEATHER LIKE TODAY?

Every day, after the morning greetings, we talk about the weather as a part of our daily routine in the classroom. This year at school we have a common purpose: A Meteorology Project. That's why we are going to learn more and more about the weather during all the course and of course all the phenomenons that are related to it. We hope to do our bit from the English lessons too.
